We elaborate handmade, quality jewelry, every piece is precious and worth taken good care of. There may be slight variations in the color and shape of the stone among other details depending on the design. These details make each piece unique! Here’s everything you need to know to keep your piece in the best condition.
WEAR
Wear your jewelry after putting on clothes and makeup.
Remove any jewelry before going to bed, taking a shower, or participating in any physical activity.
STORAGE
Your package includes a polishing cloth, a fabric pouch, and an airtight bag.
To maintain the lustre of your jewelry, store it in the airtight bag with the anti-tarnish black square included inside. This will avoid the silver from turning dark.
When removed or travel, store your jewelry individually.
CLEAN
Polish silver gently with the jewelry polishing cloth included on your package. Do not use tissue or paper towels, these can cause scratches on the pieces.
Sometimes silver tarnishes while not worn. To clean, use liquid dish soap, warm water and a soft brush. This will dissolve tarnish and dirt recovering its brightness, but will not eliminate scratches.
AVOID
Avoid direct contact with chemicals like chlorine, perfume or cologne, makeup, saltwater, and excess sweat.
Avoid pulling the piece specifically from points where there are welds, snaps, or thin chain.
Avoid dropping pieces with stones and pearls. They could chip, break or unglue them irreparably.
REPAIR

The shipping is covered by the buyer and the repair cost will depend on the damage of your piece.
